global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<ul>\n<li>Las granjas agropecuarias deber\u00e1n estar certificadas ante la SAGARPA en la implementaci\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas pecuarias y contar con un programa de trazabilidad de los animales y sus materias primas.<\/li>\n<li>La certificaci\u00f3n de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas pecuarias en las granjas tiene una vigencia de 2 a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>Los rastros Tipo Inspecci\u00f3n Federal solo podr\u00e1n recibir animales de granjas certificadas por la SAGARPA.<\/li>\n<li>Los plantas procesadoras de recursos acu\u00edcolas y pesqueros podr\u00e1n integrarse a la certificaci\u00f3n Tipo Inspecci\u00f3n Federal (TIF).<\/li>\n<li>La certificaci\u00f3n Tipo Inspecci\u00f3n Federal tendr\u00e1 una vigencia de 5 a\u00f1os a partir de la fecha en que se otorga el n\u00famero TIF.<\/li>\n<li>Los establecimientos deben contar con un An\u00e1lisis de Peligros y Puntos Cr\u00edticos de Control previo a la certificaci\u00f3n TIF.<\/li>\n<\/ul>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=\u00bb1_3&#8243; background_color=\u00bb#e4e5eb\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p><strong>HACCP obligatorio en plantas TIF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el T\u00edtulo sexto de esta ley, Cap\u00edtulo III DE LA CERTIFICACI\u00d3N, MANTENIMIENTO A LA CERTIFICACI\u00d3N, INSPECCI\u00d3N Y VERIFICACI\u00d3N DE LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS TIPO INSPECCI\u00d3N FEDERAL (TIF), en el art\u00edculo 214 se establece lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Secretar\u00eda establecer\u00e1 en disposiciones de inocuidad y de sanidad animal los procedimientos y criterios para otorgar la Certificaci\u00f3n Tipo Inspecci\u00f3n Federal y consecuente autorizaci\u00f3n para la instalaci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n del Establecimiento TIF, as\u00ed como la ampliaci\u00f3n de la misma, en los cuales requerir\u00e1 como m\u00e1ximo lo siguiente:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(&#8230;) VII. Plan de An\u00e1lisis de peligros y puntos cr\u00edticos de control, conforme se establezca en las disposiciones de sanidad animal<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=\u00bbhttp:\/\/www.ideafoodsafetyinnovation.com\/sitio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/cortes.png\u00bb _builder_version=\u00bb4.17.6&#8243; background_color=\u00bb#e4e5eb\u00bb][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.17.6&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p>Trazabilidad desde la granja y durante todo el proceso<\/p>\n<p>En el T\u00edtulo segundo de esta ley, Cap\u00edtulo III DE LAS BUENAS PR\u00c1CTICAS PECUARIAS Y DE MANUFACTURA EN LOS ESTABLECIMIENTOS TIPO INSPECCI\u00d3N FEDERAL (TIF), en el art\u00edculo 25 se establece lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La trazabilidad de los bienes de origen animal dentro de los Establecimientos TIF deber\u00e1 garantizarse a trav\u00e9s de los registros, lotes, n\u00fameros de identificaci\u00f3n, c\u00f3digos de barras, dispositivos electr\u00f3nicos y dem\u00e1s elementos con los que se pueda identificar el historial de origen y procesamiento de los mismos, permitiendo conocer el historial de todos los animales, productos, materias primas, ingredientes o material de empaque que se manejen en el establecimiento, as\u00ed como su rastreo y recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El sistema de registros del programa de trazabilidad del establecimiento deber\u00e1 incluir como m\u00e1ximo el origen y\/o la procedencia de los animales; las materias primas; el lote asignado a los animales o bienes de origen animal dentro del establecimiento; la fecha de producci\u00f3n o la de sacrificio; la fecha de proceso o elaboraci\u00f3n de los bienes de origen animal; la fecha de empaque de los mismos; la fecha de caducidad o fecha de consumo preferente, el n\u00famero de productos, peso y su destino.<\/p>\n<p>Para garantizar la trazabilidad de los bienes de origen animal, los Establecimientos TIF dedicados al sacrificio de especies para consumo humano solo podr\u00e1n recibir animales que provenga de unidades de producci\u00f3n primaria que se encuentren certificadas o con reconocimiento de buenas pr\u00e1cticas pecuarias por la Secretar\u00eda.<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; _module_preset=\u00bbdefault\u00bb text_orientation=\u00bbjustified\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p>Los cambios que aparecen en la modificaci\u00f3n de ley representan beneficios, entre los m\u00e1s importantes se pueden considerar los siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los consumidores se beneficiar\u00e1n con productos con mayor garant\u00eda de inocuidad, ya que al integrar a la producci\u00f3n primaria (granjas) se tendr\u00e1 mayor control de sustancias qu\u00edmicas y agentes biol\u00f3gicos que solo pueden controlarse durante esta etapa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.17.6&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<ul>\n\t<li>Disminuci\u00f3n de riesgos en la propagaci\u00f3n de enfermedades transmitidas por los alimentos y control al contar con trazabilidad desde las granjas.<\/li>\n\t<li>Los productores que manejan productos pesqueros y acu\u00edcolas pueden integrarse al sistema TIF y utilizar este certificado para agregar valor a sus marcas.<\/li>\n\t<li>Facilidad para exportaci\u00f3n al cumplir con requisitos que ya son obligatorios en otros pa\u00edses.<\/li>\n\t<li>Mayor cumplimiento a las exigencias del mercado nacional e internacional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.16&#8243; global_colors_info=\u00bb{}\u00bb theme_builder_area=\u00bbpost_content\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<p>La modificaci\u00f3n a la ley representa un avance al integrar en el sistema TIF controles que solo pueden hacerse desde las granjas, sin embargo, su cumplimiento tambi\u00e9n representa para las empresas un reto, ya que se requiere de recursos econ\u00f3micos y de personal capacitado, requisitos de los que en ocasiones se prescinde.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, existen en esta ley algunos requisitos que son ambiguos y se pueden prestar a que exista diferencia en la aplicaci\u00f3n de los criterios y la supervisi\u00f3n por parte de la autoridad, lo que podr\u00e1 afectar de forma negativa.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, el Cap\u00edtulo III, art\u00edculo 214, menciona:<\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=\u00bb4.17.6&#8243;
