Codificar los documentos. A trav\u00e9s de un c\u00f3digo se puede facilitar la identificaci\u00f3n y control de cada documento. La composici\u00f3n del c\u00f3digo lo decide cada empresa. Todos los documentos deber\u00e1n pasar por este proceso antes de ponerse en circulaci\u00f3n para ser utilizados.\n\n7. Elaborar procedimientos para dar de alta, realizar cambios o dar de baja un documento.\n\n8. Tener una lista maestra de documentos. Esta lista ser\u00e1 el \u201cinventario\u201d de todos los documentos existentes en la empresa. As\u00ed mismo, esta lista deber\u00e1 mantenerse actualizada siempre que exista una alta o baja de documentos.\n\n9. Retirar las copias obsoletas.
